Duties and Responsibilities:
Revenue Generation
- Develop the sales network and price structure to attain targets and increase revenue including visits to the cargo agents.
- Support and coordinate Cargo Manager to achieve revenue target and execute sales contracts as required.
- Generate revenue with perspective sales channels, including interline and SPA agreements with different airlines and offline sales development. Conduct regular reviews of accounts’ performance and seek additional revenue opportunities from each account.
- Assist in setting the annual revenue budget and Cargo Business Plan as required
- Manage the day-to-day relationship of client-servicing with customers to support revenue generation
- Collect, analyses and report market conditions, trends and activities weekly/monthly/yearly.
- Provide the best sales and customer service in all customer touch points so as to drive premium selling rates and regular business.
Cargo operations
- Supervise GHA for acceptance of cargo, loading cargo into Aircraft, warehouse management and overall cargo handling.
- Coordinate with Cargo Agent.
Partnerships and External Liaisons
- Assist the Cargo Manager to manage relationships with shippers, key industries, trade partners and associations so that the Company’s interests are well represented
- Identify and give recognition to, and earn the loyalty of our highest value customers, to retain their business.
Customer Service
- Support cargo reservations and bookings while providing exemplary customer service
- Provide vendor notification for on time and delayed flights daily
- Provide timely shipment status updates to customers
- Support the established performance targets through operational oversight and participation
- Implement customer service procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
Safety, Security and Compliance
- Help to ensure compliance and conformance to all regulatory and internal safety, security, quality, and procedural requirements
- Undertake quality check programs established by Head Office and participate in audits as required
- Support Emergency and Accident role as required
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree with Minimum of 2 years’ experience in airline cargo sales.
- Strong knowledge of airlines and the international airfreight industry
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Sensitive to confidential data and numbers
- Proven success record in setting and achieving goals
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Systems
- Good at Sales skills
- Must possess a complete understanding of the flight/cargo operations

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Email Correspondence: Respond to all emails in a timely manner, ensuring clear and professional communication with internal teams, agents, and customers.
- Flight Revenue Reporting: Maintain and calculate the daily flight revenue report to track and analyze performance across all scheduled flights.
- Ticket Revalidation: Ensure timely revalidation of tickets as per the company’s guidelines and customer requests.
- PNR Confirmation: Confirm PNRs provided by the Sales team, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date.
- Fare Comparison: Conduct frequent fare comparisons from various online portals and agents to ensure competitive pricing and identify revenue opportunities.
- Ticket Status Updates: Manage ticket status changes, ensuring the proper classification and updates are made as needed.
- Airport Office Support: Respond to calls and inquiries from the airport office, ensuring prompt resolution of operational issues.
- Booking Monitoring: Monitor the booking status of all operating sectors on a frequent basis, identifying any issues or discrepancies.
- Seat Inventory Management: Update seat availability and configurations based on market demand, adjusting seat allocations accordingly.
- Seat Configuration & Inventory Modifications: Manage changes to seat configurations and inventory modifications to maximize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Waitlist Management: Clear the waiting list by processing seat allocations or cancellations and communicate relevant information regarding meal arrangements.
- Flight Cancellations & Additions: Manage the process of canceling or adding flights in the system, ensuring proper notification and follow-up actions.
- Passenger Protection: Ensure appropriate passenger protection is provided for those affected by flight cancellations, including rebooking on the next available operating flight.
- Adaptability to New Systems: Demonstrate the ability to quickly adapt to and learn new booking systems or software, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
- Experience in airline operations, revenue management, or similar roles is preferred.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new booking systems and technologies.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
